move bzwtransform from bzwtransform/ to tools/bzwtransform/ consolidating extra tools to there (regardless of platform support).

Converted all of the singletons to use the base template singleton class.
Preferred instance() method returns a reference instead of a pointer,
requireing a lot of benign -> to . conversions. Singletons are destroyed
automatically when they leave scope, see the, see include/Singleton.h for
details, usage, and caveats. (non-behavior/logic-modifying commit)
