add new command "/date" and "/time", both doing the same exact thing. both send back the current server date and time in format "DAY MON DATE TIME YEAR". aside from being an interesting command just for kicks, it aids in learning what time a time synced server is, as often times time synced servers can seem as if it always the same time, and I usually wonder when it will become a certain time server side. it is just also interesting to know.
